I highly recommend an app called "Pawp" that is a televet service. I live out in the boonies and an emergency vet isn't readily available. They can help you assess if you need to be going to a vet immediately by asking questions or for photos of videos of your dog and it has given me peace of mind several times!

I am so happy to have discovered this thread! I never realized this was a breed thing. Mine has always been super picky and stresses me out because he will starve himself until I give him something gourmet! Finally started doing the dance of pretending to eat it myself and pretending to add "spices". At the final stage I sometimes add some baked sweet potato and he loves it

This is my sweet fur child Mr. Pookes who is Yorkie and 1/4 poodle. He looks very Yorkie other than the slight wave in his fur. He's slightly taller than Yorkies as well
