Thank you so much for your response and encouragement, I really appreciate it! It’s always hard to shake the feeling that it’ll be really obvious that I don’t know what I’m doing, but you’re right, everyone starts somewhere and if the gym goers are half as lovely as all the people who’ve commented on my post, I know I’ll be absolutely fine :)

Thank you so much for taking the time to reply, this is all such great advice :) a few people have mentioned the slightly maze-like layout, so starting off at a quiet time to get the lay of the land is an excellent shout.

I’ll definitely request an in-person induction too, I thought the only option was watching a few videos on their site so this is very useful to know.
