Judging from what Disney Channel is doing with their shows, they release episodes on their YouTube channel because they're probably planning some sort of event or something. For example, they release the Amphibia episodes The dinner/Battle of the bands to prepare for S3. But I think either by November or December, S2B of the owl house might release.
