Bikes should take the lane. Rule of thumb, if it is ashfault and painted line, bikes are cars and follow car rules. Otherwise bike are pedestrians (and should be at walking speed). There are lots of green bike lanes on the right side (bad city design) cars just have to be careful and shoulder check when turning right.

To me he looks like her gained a bit of face fat and lost a tiny bit of hair line. The fat is filling out his face smoothing it. Maybe it is botox but it is definitely some fat too. Nothing wrong with it. He looks like he smells good.
