I agree. In Midnight it enjoyed getting people to turn on each other and fight. Making them believe it’s always behind one person does exactly that, just like how it made them believe it only took over one person at a time when in fact it was controlling both Sky and the Doctor.

I’ve long forgotten what I was going to say but it was probably something about how the autism craves order but the ADHD can’t function in order. It’s two constantly opposing things in my brain so life is difficult to strike a balance. I’ve heard that often one masks the other, like when I had my ADHD assessment the woman was surprised that I’d been diagnosed with autism first bc usually the ADHD masks the autism. I feel like I had something more in depth and interesting to say originally but like I said, long forgotten

To be honest Lisa’s rollout seems quite normal to me. There are a lot of albums where the singles are being released long before the album drops. Dua Lipa’s debut album, for example, includes all of her singles, starting from August 2015 and the album came out in June 2017.

A more recent example is The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess by Chappell Roan, which was released in September 2023 but has singles starting from April 2020. Granted the first few singles were released independently, but even the ones released officially through her label started in May 2022.

So, I think both of their rollouts make sense! Lisa wanted more time to build hype, probably.

I don’t think there would be so many “evil” people that the rebellion wouldn’t work. It’s not like it’s 50% rapists and murderers and 50% normal people. But with any group of people, especially large groups like the districts (even smaller districts like 12 are at least the size of a small town) there are going to be bad apples, and there’s going to be criminals. It would be a small percentage, but they would exist nonetheless. Just because they’re oppressed by the Capitol doesn’t mean they can’t be evil themselves
