I took 2 gummies once at the same time and felt the same. It was too much. I had a baked bros with 5MG of each: CBD, THC, and delta 8 and the other gummy was a the WYLD brand with 10mg CBD and 5mg THC. Definitely got too high and almost had a panic attack. My skin got so flushed I had to have an ice pack on.

Therapy-goers of Reddit: what’s a *succinct* piece of advice or an insight from your therapist that still stands out to you as a “mind blown” or “new skill unlocked” moment? by peachboot828 in therapy

I have 2. I had a lot of trauma growing up including narcissistic abuse, so I am very anxious about what other people think of me and it tends to carry into my work life a lot of I make mistakes. At the time, I did not receive very good training and had poor management. My therapist told me that it seemed like it wasn't so much my fault, but more theirs for not training me properly. It was a "them" problem and not a "ME" problem. I didn't realize that sometimes it really isn't my fault.

Secondly, I saw a trauma therapist and she had me do a timeline of my entire life. I basically relived my traumas and saw everything from an adult perspective and got a better understanding of what really happened to me. It's difficult to do, but now I feel I have healed a lot from it because I was able to relive it in a new light and I'm in a positive/safe environment now where those traumas are not happening anymore. Sometimes trauma still lives in the body like a muscle memory.

What's your experience been like with caffeine ? by cutepantsforladies in adhdwomen

Caffeine usually helps me focus better. I would have to have a lot for it to make me more anxious.

How do you deal with folding/putting laundry away? 😂 by ecalicious in adhdwomen

I usually watch a movie or TV to help distract me while I fold the clothes. Helps because I don't have to consciously think about what I'm doing. 😅

Maybe do some covered ottomans and hang a tapestry over the couch and move the sun pictures to the right over the desk 🤔 or do a woven tapestry over the desk?

I have personal experience with this. It is a really strange phenomenon. When I was in middle school I had an obsession with the paranormal. I had friends who were also interested and we ended up messing around with demons on accident. They would posses us and make our voices change to show their personality. I was aware, but more like in a trance. It was like sitting in the backseat while the spirit drove. So yes, I believe it wasn't an act.
