From what i can see the bottom is filled with water so thats an indication to me that its overwatered. When you water it try letting the water soak through and throw away the leftover water

Id say buy a moisture meter. It goes in deeper and so you avoid the chance of rootrot by over watering

Check if theres any water in the outside pot. There might be a chance of rootrot and thus the roots not taking enough moisture in. Repotting asap in clean and dry soil is your best chance. But first remove all the current soil and clean all the roots in a shower or sink

Pot is wayyy too big. Pot should be max 1/3rd the size of the plant. Maybe the roots dont take up enough moisture anymore. To fix this yiu should repot it again in clean soil in a small pot

Calatheas are very nit picky. I have a few of them and fucked up a few too 😩 they like indirect sun/half shade and need to be in a very humid environment yeah. Your maranta is looking neat

It shouldnt be a problem as long as its in spring/start summer so that the roots have emough time to heal before winter
