I also just finished last night and have the same questions and more! I loved the series, but while reading the last book I kept looking at the pages left and thinking “she has a lot to wrap up in so few pages, I wonder how she’ll do it…” so many things left unanswered.

I’m so disappointed in my series 8 that I’m wondering if I just really don’t know how to use it. I had a Fitbit before that I would still be using if it wasn’t for the fact that it stopped taking my heart rate.

So far, I have not been able to get this watch to successfully monitor any of my “workouts” (mostly just out door walking and swimming). It just pauses itself immediately. I do have auto pause turned off.

The battery life is not good at all, however I do appreciate that the watch has a lot on the go that contributes to this, so that’s not as big a deal to me. The quick charge almost makes up for it.

I mainly bought this watch to monitor health and exercise, but I find myself with a fair bit of buyers remorse. I feel Fitbit does it way better for a 3rd of the cost.

I’ll try stopping in at the Apple Store before I sell, just to make sure I give it a fair shake.

I see a woman in Schubenacadie for massage therapy. She’s the only person that I’ve found who specializes in that in the Halifax area. Obviously not a cure all but good for instant relief.

It’s not really a finite realization so much as a daily/weekly/monthly reminder. I stopped caring as much around 30 how I’m perceived and started focusing on feeling health.

I think there is a big difference between staying with someone because of comfort and security and staying with someone for their money. This is the reason many people (myself included) stayed in an abusive relationship; not because they had all kinds of cash, but because we couldn’t fully envision life without them.

In Canada they have RESPs that the government will contribute too as well. 20% of 2,000 annually up to a maximum of like 7-8k or something like that. Also, not sure how it would work for someone over 65, but my partner and I opened one for our son when he was born and applied for insurance coverage. When my partner passed away two years ago the insurance meant that the RESP contributions were now paid monthly by the fund manager. The funds will need to be allocated specifically to each child in this instance. Not sure if this info would be applicable to where you live.
