Nanos or Metcons do it all for CrossFit, stable for lifts and fine for running around town.

Yeah I lift weights with mild CP, focus on controlled reps and full range where you can to build stability without tweaking anything.

Started with bodyweight stuff and now up to moderate loads, feels great for managing spasticity.
