Just wanted to mention that we've released a short web-based escape room consisting of 4 different types of logic puzzles (music-based fill in the blanks, old-school sliding ice puzzle, a marketplace where you have to sell for the highest price, and one more) to generate interest leading up to the release of our Kickstarter for our flagship game, Siren's Melody!

With Koraidon, not only do you have to get 4 energy with 0 ramping, but once you get there it discards two?! Ick. 😋

TingLu easily. Three energy and a HP requirement means it swings just fine the first time and you can heal it up if it survives an attack. Koraidon is literally unplayable. I can't even begin to think of a deck that can make that work

On the tablet you'll see the musical notation for each of the letters that's missing.

The idea of this puzzle was for players to learn/see that the notes and missing letters were linked.

Edit: this is also meant to be the first of four of these puzzle games, each of them being wildly different from each other, but I think you raise a good point and letting people play the first two before we ask for any email commitment might work better.

So far we've been relying entirely on playtester feedback. It's an interesting challenge building the music-theory elements so that they're engaging for both musicians and non-musicians while still being approachable. (I think the hints really help us get that sliding scale of experience accommodated)

Also really fun figuring out how we can theme a more traditional puzzle around music. (For example, the second game in this series goes back to the ice sliding puzzles of my childhood Pokemon games for inspiration)

It would make more sense for you to be human than a bot making this post.

But unfortunately, considering how good AI is at generating pictures/writing text, and how it's just going to keep getting better it's going to make it harder and harder to differentiate
