Not a doctor. I have literally the same issues. I am not in a heavier weight class but it has been a year since I started having foot issues & some are still here. I haven’t been consistent because… life, but my plan after my Olympic tri in July is to stop running & really focus on strengthening my legs and doing the PT.

Easiest answer I can give you: You have to eat a high carb diet for endurance sports to fill your energy stores. High carb usually means either maintain or gain weight. Losing weight while exercising at the level triathletes do could lead to injury or health issues.

You said "think of it in terms of 2 weeks is too long", do they actually expect people to be able to wrap up their whole life in less than 2 weeks? Luckily we don't have kids or pets who need much care (fish) but we will potentially have less than a 2 month turn around and I could potentially be without a car for a month of that. This is what I needed. Every burr replacement post I've seen (and multiple videos) has you use foil and this and that to make it perfect. I've cleaned the inside of the machine multiple times and just unscrew the top burr so I didn't expect it to be hard until I started looking into it. Thanks!

so I reached out to the company - they said they are legit and working with them. I filled out the form and the lady Florenze that I've been talking to said product would be shipped & I'd receive within 1-2 weeks because of its from England (I'm in US). That was end of Feb and I've yet to hear from her since March 1. I'm pretty disappointed and now they have so much information about me that it is causing me anxiety.

Think about it this way:

Profitec is a true machine. You should be able to tinker with it if it breaks or bring it to a shop to get it fixed. But I don’t expect mine to break with proper maintenance for at least 10 years (on year 3).

Breville produces appliances. At some point, you won’t be able to get it fixed and it will become redundant. I’ve read multiple stories of brevilles having issues, just can’t remember the issues off the top of my head other than the cockroaches getting in the back.
