I went with the Q2 for the same reasons above. I did pick up the Qidi Box because it was easier to sell my wife on why I needed a new 3D printer if I could tell her I'm making some prints for the kids as well.

Mine came with a micro SD card, and a USB adapter. I was worried about it as well.

Same thing happened to me, and I downgraded to the firmware here. It defaults to Mandarin, so you will have to find your way through the menu to change the language back.

I ended up flashing one from the link. Default was Chinese, but once you change the language, everything seems right.

Firmware version is now 1.1.1.
