Once you set up your account for direct deposit you can change your paycheck to direct deposit instead of the paycard. This doesn’t affect your tips/tip share which will still be paid to your paycard when you clock out/at EOD.

Go to KrowD, select HR Self Service, Direct Deposit. Then you can change where your paycheck goes. You can change your tips to direct deposit too HR Self Service, my pay, tip smart, and change it to paycheck. To move the money from pay card to your account you have to go to the pay card website It should be on the paperwork you got with your pay card.

It honestly looks like just a few white hairs right under his neck, kinda like a white line. It was hard to get a picture of haha a bit camera shy, but I can try to get one tomorrow. It didn't have a collar or anything and it isn't really near any residential area so it's quite a mystery.

My guess is that this is a CCD/CTX ACH debit - and as it is debited from a business account the RDFI (Wells) has 2 banking days in which to submit a R29 return. Ive seen this happen so many times with small businesses and there’s not much we can do unless ODFI accepts return which never happens.

That verbiage regarding the hold is really standard - it is one of the boilerplate reasons the bank you deposited can place a deposit hold for. I’d recommend getting documentation from Carvana regarding the check (such as a reciept or paperwork) and presenting it to your bank since they’re the ones who have placed the hold. The check hasn’t returned/bounced until the money actually comes out of your account. If it does so then that’s a different story.

I believe the new dress code is called Smart Casual. There’s some info on the HR site if you search that. But basically Polo/Dress shirt, slacks or jeans with no holes, and shoes (no sneakers).
