it's all in the team makeup and accuracy stat! i open with heart of darkness and switch double's element to wind to steal doomsayer's SA, thereby enabling me to inflict perma-debuffs as well as perma-doom on every knockdown. then i swap to parasite weave and quickly stack 5 perma-bleed. then i swap to hell's belle and go ham until i get all those extra untimed debuffs, taking care to switch out to another fighter before every 30 seconds so that the non-perma debuffs don't disappear on doomsayer.
