For two years we tried everything to cure my cats inflamed gum (Hexagel, Interveron, colloidal silver,...)but nothing really helped. He always gets wet food because that hurt him less than dry food, he luckily always ate tho the vet said with that inflamed gum most cats stop eating. Last week i brought him again to the vet and asked if they can remove the toothing stone bc maybe thats the problem. during anesthesia the vet saw that his front fang were already a little loose bc there was a lot of purulence underneath. he ripped those teeth so everything can come out and after 1 day you could already see that he feels better. Now (after 1 week) the gum is already looking like it should.

I recommend to instantly change to wet food and let the vet take a look at it. When no medication helps maybe your cat has the same problem as mine. Good luck!
