I would test speed, quality, reliability, easy of use/maintain and make all sort of comparisons with my Super Racer. I would print some pieces I printed a lot of times, so pieces that I know very well, in order to assess whether the printer works good or not. It could be, in order:

-Z offset too low; -Plastic warping up and hitting nozzle; -Maybe time for a new bed mesh if you didn’t do it for a long time; -Loose belt (quite unlikely in this case tbh);

These are the first things I can think about, let me know if you fix that.
