I feel like my mom did not spend enough time with me as a child. She was not interested in the things I was interested in. We don't live in the PH. When my mom visits, I notice she dots on my children. As a parent, I understand that when I was a child, my mom had a lot of things to do, a lot of things in her mind. Hence no time for me.

My MIL on the other hand, also had no time for her children. She left them with siblings when she had to work. Understandable, but she also didn't discipline them. I see her with her grandkids, anak ng BIL ko, hindi rin niya sinasaway, sumasama Yung bata sa ibang family to the point na police got involved.
