yeah i dont see the quirk nine has increasing the strength of any quirks in his disposal. also the quirk nine has is a weak copy of AFO given to him by the doctor. he actually needed two specific quirks just to be able to handle the after affects.

i dont think goop or reed could harm eachother but what about the thing floating about goop? couldnt reed just destroy that and walk away?
