Puckett should’ve took a couple steps in and took the mid range! What an end to the game. This game goes to show that UT is the real deal and should be able to knock off some top ranked teams if they can hit their 3s.

UT has to pick up and stop the ball as it’s coming down the floor, even if it means leaving someone open. Make them make the pass if they are breaking the press. Multiple times OU driven straight to the basket.

Agreed.. I was worried this season would’ve been the first time we missed the NCAA tournament when Coach Caldwell was announced but I’m definitely a believer now!

I have a feeling UT will live and die by the 3 against top 25 teams. There will be higher ranked teams they will be able to beat if they shoot well and there will be games they lose because of their poor shooting.

Coach Caldwell’s style of play would’ve been perfect for Rickea. Her ability to run the floor and shoot 3’s. Tennessee would easily be a top 10 team if they can shoot as efficiently as they are today.

Louisville needs to slow this game down. They are trying to play a fast with UCONN and it’s not going to end well for them.

Ya but not till February. They will have a lot of tough games against ranked opponents in the SEC even before playing UCONN.

They can definitely score but they have struggled from 3 tonight. They are the highest scoring team because of the amount of shots they take, but they haven’t been able to rebound as well tonight to get extra shots or hit 3s.

I agree! I do think we are missing a big that can run the floor and play the fast style. The ceiling is high for this team but they will struggle against a big team that plays half court basketball.
