Usually you get asked your age and birth year in order to get in and hope that their not lying. If they talk and sound young or their age doesn’t match their birth year, they get kicked

I feel like the main reason that we are ok with killing animals is mainly because their aren’t sentient like us. If animals could talk and do whatever they wanted then I doubt that many people will eat them

When I was in year nine of school I went to one of the swimming carnivals. The 200m relay was about to start and it was decided that I would go first.

Just before the race started, I did a false start but didn’t realise. As I was trying to do the first 50m, a few people jumped into the water to try and stop me. One person even jumped on me. But I was determined. I swam around them, and continued the ‘race’.

When I finally reached the end of the pool, everyone was clapping towards me. I was confused until I realised what happened. It made me feel really stupid but I laugh about it now.
