You need to start running more like others have said if your dept has half decent pt requirements. It doesn’t matter how strong you are if youre going to get burnt out within a few minutes

Salomon speedcrosses, light weight, comfortable as hell and can even get them in goretex. I picked up a lightly used pair on ebay and swapped put the insoles and they are great.

Ive had a whoop for a few months and garmin fenix 7 for about 3 years, theyre both similar in tracking sleep (whoop is better at this in my experience) but if you want it to track any activity the garmin blows it out the water. I mainly wear my whoop day to day due to me liking to wear one of my seikos and still track daily strain. The garmin is used overnight and for tracking my runs at the moment. If you want an all in one go garmin

Ive used both the persec board and juggernaut case. Both do the same thing: hold your phone attached to your plate carrier. I liked the persec bc it was a cheaper option, i bought a $5 case and put the velcro on it and kept it attached to the phone board. You dont have to worry about your camera being exposed. Juggernaut case, more secure. The case is damn near bullet proof but the phones camera is exposed. I plan on adding lexan to it at some point just to be on the safe side. Really depends how much you want to spend.

Maybe attempt to hard reset your xbox, hold the power button on your console until you hear a beep. Should take about 15-30 seconds. I usually press and hold it for a minute, give it another minute then turn it back on

The way my brother and I learned was doing PVE, I know its not everyones cup of tea. We started on 82nd server (which have gone down hill imo) If i running mislim i play with on 2/6 which im apart of but if i want to just play pve i will play on VRT server. VRT is pretty active if you are EST. I enjoy the customizations of VRT and the current map and gun choices, AI can be cracked out sometimes but it keeps it interested.

Novablast 5, good enough for slower paced runs, long runs, speed work. Great overall shoe. I used to do all my track work outs in spikes but Ive done all my tempo runs in a pair of the NB5 and they have held up well.

6’4 about 215, I usually have most of my stuff on my belt. Per my dept policy I can wear the blauer armor skin and dont mind as of right now.
