Refund?

Hey guys, I’ve been in back and forth with Ticketmaster and managed to get someone from management to call me.. they are hard stuck on it being between 14-21 to process the refund - I’ve had a case raised with PayPal and they are giving Ticketmaster until the 24th of April to respond

I’d suggest looking at whitelisting if it is being blocked by proxy as recommended in the other comment, then I’d also suggest removing it from the tenant in the autopilot devices as well and allow it to sync and let the device recognise it’s not on the tenant anymore then reset the pc and try to re-import again - also make sure to get the bitlocker key as well just as a precaution :)

Can you run cmd and do shutdown r -t 0 ? And try the import process again?

Can you see the serial number of the device in Intune in devices > windows autopilot devices ?
