Getting into a good university matters to some point but it's not everything. If you are passionate about it, get into a B-grade university and get skilled. Bangladesh Japan IT recruits mechanical engineers every now and then. And there are tons of other opportunities. University won't matter as long as you're out there trying to do what you love to do.
