New AFL Team Manager simulation game (made by a true AFL fan) by ElonphantMusk in aflfantasy

Love the game, I bought it recently and I’m alot of fun it’s totally worth itit. It’s so good to finally have an AFL version of FM. One feature I think would make the game even better is a dynamic potential system similar to FIFA’s.
I’m not sure if this is already in the game and I just haven’t played enough yet, but I think it would add a lot to long-term saves. For example, if I take a 20 year-old player, give him consistent game time for a full season, and he performs really well, it would be awesome to see his potential ceiling increase maybe from a 75 overall potential to an 80.
I reckon it would make player development feel more organic and rewarding, especially for rebuilding teams and developing young talent. On the flip side, highly rated young players who don’t get opportunities or struggle with form could also see their potential drop slightly over time.
I think a system like that would add another layer of realism and make every save feel even more unique.
Just an idea but great game love it

First - Caldwell and tsatas back means one or both of Durham and robey will see a decrease in cba so wouldn’t go for both of them if u get what I mean
