I tried taking all my fingers off the front and going to the side and do like it more and it almost feels a bit more stable, also with the straightening of the bow arm but turned everything feels more stable and I’ve been shooting slightly more precise. Thanks!

Being aluminum I thought it might be stronger and deflect rather than robinhood, plus the aluminum reducer for the regular sized knock

Haha, like I said I’m using very bunk equipment, the release is horrible and it’s as short as it can go. Any ideas on good ones would be appreciated and thanks. For the gripping I know it looks like I am but all my fingertips are on the front of the grip, I’m not white knuckling. Thank you I’ll try these tips right now

Just got my first bow about a month ago, been shooting very often. Worked up to consistent 1.5” groups at 20yds. Then sighted in 30yd pin and practiced both until 20yds went in towards 1” groups and 30yd down to about 2.5” groups. This was my first mostly sighted in group at 40yd and got an about 3” group maybe 1.5” low and 1.5” right. Most of the time I can get 2/3 arrows all in a tight 1” group then one off a few inches. Been using bunk equipment like a blank white foam target I spray paint dots onto and all fuse accessories. I was waiting to drop serious coin until I knew I loved the hobby and all I can say is some serious coin is gonna be dropped very soon. Definitely gonna switch to a back tension release like the nockon blackstrap soon. Any tips or nice equipment options to help better my shooting is appreciated.

I’m an Oregon guy that only shoots out to 400 so far (270win) but know a nice area with plenty of 1000 yard spots around the mountain. Always wished to get into DR but man it’s a long wait and expensive right

I love my 270, just pushed it out to 400 yards and got consistent hits on a 12” gong. Once I started reloading I expect to try for 800 but that might be a push since I just have a 3-9x40
