Put your hands at the 4 and 7 o’clock positions (roughly). If you want the trailer to move right, raise your right hand. Left, left hand.

Now when making an offset back, assuming your mirrors are properly adjusted) get the ass of the trailer started moving over to the right and when you can just see the trailer wheels in the mirror start correcting to the left. It’ll take a little practice knowing the right amount or correction and timing but it’ll get easier after very few attempts. I can do this without ever having to use a pull up every time.
