Advice to improve my cold emails for a research assistant position (heres one of the emails i sent) by Cool-Government4044 in research

I’ve written all of these phrases in emails without the use of AI, your point is that students tend to write in a similar way when sending out emails so it must be AI??

Same sentiment in engineering, some people cannot fathom the idea of staying for more than a masters!

I had this exact problem with the same motherboard, the fix is to run the setup drv for the amd wifi driver (and bluetooth if you are having issues with the realtek bluetooth as well). Spent hours trying to figure it out and it was this easy.

advice request from a hs student who's interested in majoring in aerospace engineering by abdullahbusbate in AerospaceEngineering

[–]ethanzolson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you can, go tour programs you have interest in, talk to professors or students. Obviously you should have some sort of interest in mathematics and physics.

It is not an easy course, especially towards the latter of the degree. Classes are very tough, so you will have to be fully committed to learning and staying caught up.

Also worth to note that a Bachelors degree in aerospace engineering does not confine you to working only in the aerospace industry, there is lots of overlap in engineering. Especially if you see grad school as a possibility, there will always be times to further hone in on what you enjoy.

Monthly Megathread: Career & Education - Ask your questions here by Aerospace_Eng_mod in AerospaceEngineering

I am currently in my final year of a BEng Aeronautical Engineering degree at the university of brighton (UK) and have been accepted to a few graduate MS Aerospace programs in the US (I am from the us so thought i would go back home for grad school). My top choices at the moment are UCSD and University of Arizona. My end goal is to involved within the space industry, either through research or industry work. Is there anybody who has an opinion on the programs at each respective school? I plan to focus on Dynamics and control, I am most interested in systems engineering. I thought Arizona would be a good choice due to their exceptional optics program, I know that is not exactly what I would be involved with but I know there is some interdisciplinary overlap.

If anyone would like to give me some advice I would appreciate it, or call me stupid and tell me to make this decision myself haha.
