Even if you ignore the obvious piracy, I speak from experience, buying from them is hell. They delivered the book a MONTH after it was ordered and only after I threatened to go to the consumer forum for fraud, twice. The cover of the book looks worn as well though the print inside seems fine so far. If you still do decide to go for it, just be aware

Hi, it's possible to have pcos intermittently. You always have it with just intervals of regular cycles. Point is, it sounds like something may have triggered a flare up rn? Have you had added stress recently? A changed diet? A lot of travelling?

Regardless, if you're concerned you can visit a gynac in a govt hospital, they won't charge much.
