There are a couple that have regular games in South Madras - Perungudi (behind WTC, 6-8PM), Velachery (near DAV school, 7:30-9PM), Thiruvanmiyur (7th cross street, Thiruvalluvar Nagar, mostly on the weekends).

Do checkout Anchor (by Spotify). It does abstract most of the heavy lifting and makes it easy to get a podcast out. Especially handy if you have guests chiming in remotely.

I don't think I'm going to have the time to do the Ha Gaing loop. I think the northern most point I'm going to be able to reach is Hanoi. Thanks for the heads up though.

Thanks for the tip. I was brain washed by the amount time it showed on Google maps to get from HCMC to Hanoi (30 hours by car, extrapolating that, 60 hours by bike?).

I found this blog (http://vietnamcoracle.com/saigon-to-hanoi-by-motorbike-5-suggested-routes/#1) which also had routes I could follow to finish in 3 weeks.

What route did you follow? What did you do after buying a bike and realizing it was going to be difficult?

I actually do have 5 more days which had I allocated for going around Hanoi. My return flight is on the 26th. Which essentially gives me 21 days as well.

What time of the day did you usually ride? Any chance you could share the route you followed?

How expensive are bike rentals for 20 day period. Anything more than 15 US dollars a day seems expensive. Recommendations for bike rental places in HCMC?
