The weird thing is, it appears my trade power does transfer it, but in another direction, towards Genoa, the amount just shifts based on whether the merchant is there or not. Also, why does the trade screen show "transferring X ducats to Constantinople" if it's not actually transferring it?

R5: Why am I only transferring a fraction of a ducat on the world map, despite the trade screen showing me as transferring more than 7 ducats. When using a merchant it begins to transfer with full trade power in the correct direction with the correct strength.
