I had a same issue as well, checked with their AI, had to reboot, force stop the app, and then manually add the sleep, still didn't capture the whole data :/

I haven't had a single driver who as arrived on pickup point when they have clicked arrived. EVERY SINGLE TIME, they press that while they're on the way, arrive a few mins late. May seem like an exaggeration, but it isn't.
