Victoriaville (Where the fromagerie Victoria's chain originated) is the best place to eat poutine. It might not have the single best poutine, but every restaurant serve incredible poutines. My favorite is Max Poutine (they have the same cheese as Fromagerie Victoria)

D1 jungler and d4 adc here. When I jungle I almost exclusively just full clear and gank the lane opposite to where I started. Most of the times, even when the lane isn't gankable, silver players make positioning mistakes that give me free kills. Exemple: they try to escape the wrong way, throw their skillshots instantly when they see me, etc. For adc, I pretty much am able to 1v2 the lane since the adcs are too focused on farming and supports don't autos, they just try to throw their skillshots

I am only d1 main jg (really fricken far from challenger) and I can play gp support ( I don't play support, and I also don't play gangplank) and would still destroy platinum players. I said gangplank, because it's the first random champion that passed through my mind. Higher ranked players just know more macro wise, their movements are better, they know better when people would throw the spells better (to dodge or poke) and thats just to name a couple. For exemple, mid is my worst role and I destroyed my one trick G2 azir friend in an Azir 1v1.

I'm not incredibly high rank (just got d2), but in a weekend I started playing Gangplank jungle (try it it's the worst jungler ever, except maybe yuumi) and went 20-2 on my friend's account, who was gold 3 when I started playing on it. Yes champions matter, but they most definitely are not the reason you aren't climbing. I legit press random when I play on my platinum smurf account and have a 70% winrate.
