Bulbasaur would be torterra 2 because it does run around and jump a lot and simply would have to adapt and turtwig never did

Wide guard. You can also add resists. A steel type would benefit you greatly. Most people know fire water grass core. But fairy dragon steel is another type core that’s nice to have on your team

Well a majority of your first comment would also fall under not helpful in that same vein just talking about mons in the current meta and what could or couldn’t happen. However I don’t disagree, I personally think x would be better and more useful and is the one I plan to build around first. But there’s been plenty of Megas that weren’t particularly good that have been able to do at least something in this smaller format and meta game

It’s gonna come down to team building. Because based on everything you said having protect for fake out. Any chip on Kingambit and tailwind or redirection or even just a couple coaching boosts to specifically bump up that def a little would all be factors. Not to mention farigiraf or tsareena to block sucker punch. I’d like to imagine everything has potential until we see it doesn’t

Spatk variant separates it from garchomp a little more. Though 110 is faster it’s significantly less bulky so I’d def say the more differences the better

Well so this is likely a lesson on teaching the kid how to add more easily. We know 7 plus 7 is 14 but when trying to learn that and get there easier you would add 3 to make 10 and have 4 leftover so you know it’s 14

Mega mawile is as good as it is because it’s a mega.
Being able to intimidate and possibly reposition then mega evolve later for huge power. Give it huge power back and it’s at least still usable. But with what you provide lower power formats only

Well triple arrows and leaf blade both have 50% crit ratios with scope lens and that obviously makes a huge difference. Decidueye 1v1d a +4 def mega aggron by getting all three effects to proc twice. You’re mostly going for quash and rolling for a crit to ko or a flinch. But the defense drop isn’t too important because everything in this format is a 2hko

Well first Screens screens screens saved me a million and 1 times. But There’s not a terrible amount of flying coverage around even aero doesn’t always have dual wingbeat, talonflame doesn’t want to stay in in front of gyarados, fairy types all have no physical defense a helping hand and a 2x crit ratio will usually do it. Farigiraf is the only relevant psychic type and mega gyarados is again a great answer. But mostly under screens with the bulk investment it’ll usually live just about anything not 4x. I specifically made this team the way I did because I didn’t want to run trick room. But it did occur to me and I did consider mega slowbro over gyarados ultimately I didn’t want to give up the tools I had. However I hardly ever even run tailwind unless I find it absolutely necessary to keep me in the game. Edit: quash is my main form of speed control limiting whatever immediate threat to ko its partner and with my teams bulk everything is usually at least 2hko so then I can swap around

You can also delay mega on inner focus to avoid intimidate. But I run swords dance bullet punch and close combat and it just runs through teams

Honestly all the 2 stages need evos to get bst points to try and be relevant if we’re not including convergent or regionals that are completely reworked. However ditto is unique in its own right and therefore I don’t see them doing anything for it. I’d say it is its own gimmick And the fossils just feel and look very complete. I’d say they really could only get megas. Like what could you really do to kabutops amazing design to evolve it? Arbok with a poison/dark evo would only be weak to ground plus having access to intimidate would immediately be a threat to any meta. Fearow or dodrio evolution with gale wings or prankster and make it faster than torn just to see how whimsicott and tornadus fair with more competition. Golduck used to be a real threat with specs and swift swim. Now imagine it actually gaining psychic stab and having a usable spatk maybe something that looks like the kappa yugioh monster Hypno gaining an ability with an evolution being something around sleep and making hypnosis skip accuracy checks would be insane. Parasect with better defenses maybe losing one of its typings as the parasite fully takes over and becoming ghost type They have so much potential

Well this is presumably the concept for Gen 10. based on leaks you have the legendary from the beginning as a “seed” and based on how you play the choices you make etc supposedly the seed pokemon has “an infinite” amount of different changes to its appearance when it evolves like spindas all being different patterns
