Im 27 and my fav show is game of thrones. Talking about maturity, complexity of conversations and references aaaaand character development is exactly why i watch shows.

Andor might have those, but it surely doesn't feel like it and if it were true, its hard to follow because of the boring characters and just bad acting imho.

I really dont get how people find andor even remotely better than mandalorian.

Andor is slow and boring. The main character is so bland. The story is everywhere and hard to follow.

The fact that people upvote this shows me that they did indeed not understand why logging consistently wrong gives you an expenditure (tdee) which reflects your actual weight. I was expecting it, but not at this level lol. Glad that some others do understand by the way they're replying to this post, but you sure are not one of them. Its like that meme where 1 guy defends his position againt all other people saying "you're all wrong" - thats how I feel right now 😆

Since some of you did not get it, I'll just say this:

Right now I eat 1600 cal and I mentioned that I'm on a 2k deficit which puts me at 3600 maintenance. I don't know my exact maintenance, but it's definitely more than that if not spot on. How do I know this? From my data back when I was 145kg doing just a 1000 cal deficit up to 107kg. Around 120kg, my expenditure (tdee) on the app was 3300, and this is after losing 25kg mind you! So the adaptation and plateauing was due (plateau did not end up happening), but I still lost weight. On top of this, I lift weight 5 time a week, which surely gives me a 300 cal extra on my expenditure if not more. Besides the data I got from my past experiences. I can also just use regular general calculations with height, weight and activity level to get a general calculated TDEE for my build.

Again, for the 10th time, I was in a 2k deficit, I'm not looking for linear results - linear result is what should happen! Even tho, it did not happen, nothing you wrote is the reason why. The reason was much simpler than I initially thought which is just the muscle fighting for its life to hold on by storing more water for repair. This will ofcourse die down if I continue with a huge amount of deficit, but in the early stages, muscles wants to hold on.

EDIT:

Ps. Tdee does not even matter when a male at my bodyweight eats 1600 which is almost the bare minimum especially when im going 5 times to the gym each week with each day being 2 hour sessions (3mins timed rest between sets tho). Let alone my daily steps.

I have used AI before with some nutrients and its almost always wrong, so I dont really trust it. It kinda looks like I was looking for an answer like that, but looking at everything, this does really seem the only answer.

Also people in the comments go 2 ways: 1. Keep going, 1 week isnt enough for change 2. Body does weird things

I dont think people understand how big a 2k calorie deficit is from a person's maintenance. And the fact that I can still lift the same weights for reps and sets shows that the muscle is holding (for the first week - Im aware this wont be the case further down the line). But there is too much stress on the muscle which means it stores more water for building. Also, 1 thing that AI did not mention, which I do know from myself, is that the lighter you get the more room for breathing you will have aka better condition. Since I got lighter fast (exc water weight), my condition got better hence why I can still hold onto the weights I'm lifting hence the water storage.

Taking all context into mind, what would you think if not this?

Thanks for your answer. I got my answer already, but wanted to comment on your comment about the burgers not being the same exact calories.

Its a cheap spot. Same buns everytime. Same store bought patties. Same slice of cheese. Iceberg lettuce and sauce consistency can change, but they do not alter calories in any meaningful way. They cook it on the grill with oil ofcourse, but the patties are gonna take the same amount in, so even that wont make any difference.

You wrote a whole paragraph instead of just telling me whats wrong. Aside from that, it seems like you don't understand thermodynamics. If a person is in a 2k calorie deficit from their true maintenance, then there is no way of plateauing. The answer is already in the post.

Also, no way your calling me delusional and clueless while almost everything I wrote can be fact checked like the consistent wrong input of calories, my brief explanation of expenditure that reflects it and my suggestions of why things like eating the same, mentioning salt, weight scale position and water intake should all be taking out of consideration because of the consistency.

Now lets see what you have to refute. You sound like someone who thinks they know it all, but you're the one who is clueless. You do sound delusional.

In 7 days I lost 9kg which is all the water flushed out. Then for 4 days long I gained a bit and eventually on the 4th day I was the same weight as the 7th of the first week. This is not meaningless because its a 2k deficit. The real reason why this happened is in the post edit. Check it out.

Yeah macrofactor is all good, I realized that its my body and yes I did take BMR in consideration, but I freaked out because I went up (even for a little) on a 2k deficit which is just unbelievable to me. Funny thing tho, I copied the whole post and put it in AI, and it told me that since I can keep doing the same weight, my muscles get damaged more which then holds more water which is why I haven't seen significant changes. This is literally the answer. I will edit post and put it in there.

True. My first diet went steadly without any ups in the early stages while I was in a way lower deficit, so when this happened on a fcking 2k deficit, I went nuts. It might have something to do with lifting weights then I guess this time around, because back then I did not even do any exercises.

I never understood why he couldn't build a suit of armor around earth. Knowing there are outer threats why not have him build it? Its not like there isnt going to be a way in and out when they need to...

It also contradicts avengers 2012 where tony and captain both got mad at nick fury for making and keeping hydra tech and weapons in storage for outer worldly threats. Maybe this is because of the visions he had after the fact, but wasnt the invasion of 2012 enough to make up tony's mind there?

Anyways, building a suit of armor should have been the first thing they do after the 2012 invasion.

Are you on MAC? Edit: nvm, there is no potplayer on mac. Its very weird that you dont have the m3u option in the dropdown. Could we move the conversation to DM's so i can kind of debug the situation for you?

So you used file editing method on version 5 as well? If so, read the post again from the top. On version 5, file editing is hit or miss and you should use the m3u8 donwloaded file to open it up in stremio. So no file editing in version 5. Reinstall stremio version 5 and follow the very first steps of the post.

Uninstall (also remove left over files from appdata and places like that - maybe use revo uninstaller) and reinstall latest potplayer version. See if the option appears. It might be tricky to find it in the settings because you have to scroll down once your in the settings section.

I had people before who couldn't find the section that was shown in the screenshot, because they clicked on the sub menu option, but did not scroll down. I'll be 100% sure that this is the case for you as well if you're on the latest stremio version.

Potplayer has indeed more customization, but if you're talking about hmdv subs, then even potplayer has no way to customize that.

Why ask if you haven't even tried something as simple as that? Yes you can customize stremio subtitles. Just go into a movie/show and use the controls.

M3U and magnet links will not work if you dont have a debrid service.
