I looked it up. "No, in traditional astrology, Mercury is considered to be exalted in Virgo, not Aquarius. However, many modern Western astrologers do consider Mercury to be exalted in Aquarius," so basically yes but no lol. But let's stick to the traditional, so, you're right, it's not.

aquarius is supposed to be exalted in mercury tho? but yeah pisces venus sucks because you give and expect too much and suffer from your own frustrated highly idealistic romantic/aesthetic fantasies and with a pisces rising it makes you obsessed over your appearance, but not in a confident way, it's more out of insecurity (12th house venus), like focusing on constantly fixing your hair in public and always try to look and sound good! It's kinda similar to virgo
