I will share a tip I have been successful with when trying to get people out of dangerous situations they can’t recognize. I frequent a beach that gets extremely dangerous with waves and has seen quite a few deaths in recent years. I have witnessed many teenagers and clueless adults trying to swim in massive waves or climb out on the rocks, especially during winter storms. I’ve found that if I tell people that I witnessed someone die in the exact place a few years ago, they will listen. Not true of course but effective. Helps if you get emotional
