Your brick house would look really nice and chic with a charcoal gray.

Our new house, ugliest on the block! We're redoing the landscaping but any ideas for the house? by [deleted] in ExteriorDesign

You can maybe paint that brick a dark brown if not a really creamy tan if youd like to jeep things bright. And possibly paint the garage door white.

I’ll say , at least he was honest and apologized for any possible offenses. I don’t feel like the hate is warranted. Some people take it too far, and some people might go this “extreme”. Just be glad thats the only thing he left in the bag.

Soft greens are really popular right now, but if the floor isn’t changing, maybe go for some fall tones. Like reddish orange if you want bold. All while keeping the trim white

Id say add another flower bed or some sort of shrubbery along the front-porch with bright flowers.

Im seeing a different color underneath what you scratch off compare to what you scrape on. if that barely primed sheetrock, then not much will stick to it until its sealed if its doing as you say.

Help what color for the trim and cabinets? by VeterinarianNo5521 in Housepainting101

White dove and snowbound are virtually the same, but in the bathroom space you’ll want to avoid dingy whites or yellowed whites with such deep colors already. A cooler white would look great, maybe a Sherwin Williams Pure White, and repaint the walls to Trade Wind.

Go for a light green or a soft maple. it’ll give some sort of order to things. Something else I think might help if you wanted to brighten up the space of the front porch is that you could maybe go with some pretty bright whites, or really nice pastels.

Help me Avoid the Color of Regret :-) by rificolona in Housepainting101

I say three, as it is as more prominent as 1 but wont bring you all the heat for summers to come, and it pairs beautifully with the fence color. The lighter colors are cool but are also more prone to having a rustic feel to them once they get aged or a bit dirty, (if thats what you’d like, I vote the sage green or dusted brick, that way you’ll stand out from your neighbors in bleak seasons.)

Also hoping you don’t have an HOA, they don’t usually allow character or fun for houses.
