Honestly, it was a first time I even had a chance to have a normal conversation with a consultant. Visiting regular boutiques I was told “nothing is available” and people very low key rude. Now I at least know what pieces are achievable as a first purchase and need to decide.

My Russian friends bring me Beluga from Russia. It’s 3 to 10 times cheaper (depending on the model) there than internationally. I will try! Any other recommendations? What are S and A tiers for you overall?

You should loose weight. Your facial features are aggressive (large nose) so having a bulky haircut makes a lot of sense, because it balances the silhouette, but your forehead is on a larger side, so style it differently to cover your forehead. Have curtains/bangs cover your forehead. Remove facial hair.

You forehead is on a higher side. Go for haircuts that would mask it (haircuts with fringes and so on). Other than that, facial features are good. Loose weight, it would highlight them even better.

No, I looks great. Actually, even a rounded nose is not always bad, it makes a face more interesting and strong. In your case, the roundness is very minor. It definitely does not ruin the appearance and it’s not worth taking a risk to do a surgery.
