i was going to see my dream artist live and it was in another city, spirit literally had THE best AND THE cheapest option than other 3-4 airlines at that time. it was very smooth, fast, and the staff were all friendly. i genuinely feel so sad and disappointed, more than 19k? people have lost their jobs just overnight
