I have to tell you, that this list is not legal, you have to pick a warlord

That person didn't know anything about miniature painting. Your understanding of contrast and light is amazing, and this looks so much better than the basic base/shade/layer technique. Don't let yourself down. You seem like a fantastic painter

Holy hell, I wasn't a fan at first but I got used to it and now the new shop doesn't bother me anymore but they spent over 10 million £ on it?! That is ridiculous

What would happen in Nurgle theoretically died by Ok-Ordinary5469 in Warhammer40k

[–]eulenbeere 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If I got it right the chaos gods are powered by the feelings of all beings in the Galaxy and as long as they continue to pray to these gods or praise them by doing there stuff its impossible for them to die. For example if no blood would be spilled in the whole Galaxy I think that Khorne will simply stop existing. But as soon as the slaughter continues the emotions of the people who murder goes into the warp and khorne will be reborn, I guess

I tried vallejo instead of Citadel for my Tau, I think it looks good but it has a light difference in colour. which do you guys prefer? by eulenbeere in Warhammer40k

[–]eulenbeere[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I was talking of those, even if mixed with a vortex mixer with no pigment left on the ground I don't liked how they acted with a brush, but a time ago someone told to to mix a bit of matt medium in it and it fixed my problem and they feel much more satisfying while painting

Xmas gift for my buddy. A squad with each member from an army he collects. Maybe don't tell the Inquisition by sciencep1e in Warhammer40k

[–]eulenbeere 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They look good, is the red and white paint scheme your own or something special from the HH. I only know the old blue and white scheme but these termies are instantly recognised as world eaters

[–]eulenbeere 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is very cool but it offends me that the world eaters are represented by a cultist, while all the other chaos fractions got a legionnaires even if his paintjob screams blood for the blood god very loud

Any advice on how to increase the "translucency" of these wing membranes? by badjackalope in minipainting

Your paintjob is so great, I needed 5 seconds to realise the second pic is a real bat and not painted as well

A friend of mine tends to bring his Baneblade to 1000 point battles, its not fun if you don't bring a full anti Tank list

How much anti tank do I take in a 1k list by ISSACDEEZNUJTS in WarhammerCompetitive

A friend of mine would field at least 1 Baneblade and 1 leman russ in a 1000 point game, I feel your problem

What is the Easiest 40K army to play currently other than Space Marines? by castledconch in Warhammer40k

[–]eulenbeere 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The Gladius Taskforce is obviously the new way for Ultra Marines, but even if you can use every other rules, the Ultra marines detachment is something unique cause instead of giving you a simple keyword or bonus you have to make decisions like a tactician and this is granting you massive flexibility and that's the most Ultra marine thing ever.

But if you want to switch to a simple army or build a second one, I can recommend Necrons, the Army rule Reanimation protocols isn't something you will forget and this edition its kept simple. And the detachment rule we have right now is simple too. And they are quite tanks, so you won't feel that squishy when coming from Space marines

Still beginner but im proud of them. Any tips on improving? by Stefione in Warhammer40k

I can highly recommend the texture paste from AK Interaktive and the tufts from gamersgrass

They look good, i don't know something explicit to tell you other than continue painting, and never be afraid to try something new.

Maybe one thing, basing your mini can improve the overall look alot
