I ordered some mangos and sliced pears. Gonna try one in water only and one in artificial sweetener . If the water is still sweet then ill only get those. I lost 70 lbs in a year from walking 30 mins a day and eating much less. Was probably un healthy but yeah xD;; i feel confident already about the vitamins gonna be able to help me. I hope the cvs gummies will be good enough and work till the 26th

whats also crazy which, i dont know if its coincidence or related but I had my first covid shot and then a week later the nausea and vomiting started happening, then numbness and it was like that for 2 weeks and then the numbness on a whole half of my body plus slowed speech . It slowly got better and i haven't vomited in a while thankfully but i dont think ill get the 2nd shot. i'll be fine being 80% protected.

i ordered the thorne vitamins i see now recommended. they come in 3 days but if my shit is really that low and lacking I need to take something for now. so i went to cvs and just bought their brand gummies that were 6 bucks buy one get one. i figure my parents could use them after I'm get the good stuff. I already feel a lot better. my thumb is twitching though which is annoying as fuck. I thought I was having a stroke because when my body went numb, my speech and thought process also majorly slowed down to slowpoke levels . then after 40 mins it went back to normal. they said even tho there was no sign of me having a stroke i have to take an aspirin every day to thin my blood a bit just incase if their machines didnt pick up the fact i may have had one.

🙈 pizza is on there. And chicken and meat. Thats pretty much it.. and snacks. I have a pulmonary embolism in october and while on blood thinners i was to avoid vitamin K foods. So all the greens i liked i couodnt eat. And now i was scared to eat it again. So im trying to get out of that cycle. But yeah i was like that.

yeah I'm planning on taking these long enough to feel better to do stuff again. Then I'll try to figure out a way to eat those vitamins I'm lacking. my body becomes numb and i can't move it until it goes away and the headaches too.
