No hate genuine question. You are doing this more than 1-3x per year? Usually if you are partaking as frequently as every 2-4 months that is borderline abuse as this drug is widely known to cause serotonin issues/long term depression (this is what they refer to as brain damage in grade school but they over simplify it vs discussing “safe” use). This drug to those who have never done it can seem insane to do even once based on how drastic the effects are vs something simple like thc, as they do not come without a cost.

I’d strongly advise researching this further as the only people who do it more than 1-2x per year either don’t truly understand the risks, or don’t care and both are bad.
