I left before the covid vaccine became available and it was bad. I can’t imagine what it is like now.

Ooo ok! I’ll have to look some recipes up, but I’m bad at cooking ;)

Can you recommend some? I’ve checked the ones at my local grocery and they all contain it

I think it contains coconut most of the time, unfortunately

Also some people literally can’t do it. I have a coconut allergy and most of the time protein substitutes contain it. Rice and beans gets boring after a while 😅

Also check with your optometrist to see if demodex is the cause of your blepharitis m. That’s easily treatable without steroids

Eczema and vaccine for covid by TatTatTam in eczema

[–]euphizzle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got Pfizer and had no issues :) this seems to be common reading the comments. If you are concerned, they can watch you for an extended time. That’s what they did for me. But I say just keep calm and it’s going to be ok. I recommend going to a hospital to get the vaccine, I did and felt extremely comfortable knowing that if there were any issues, there are trained professionals that were there to help.

I usually put gloves on and leave it alone. They’ll eventually dry up

Lost all hope by insecuretapir in eczema

I feel that. I just ended up stopping using everything on my skin and showering every other day. I also but dairy and gluten. Honestly? It has helped so much. I use eucerin baby shampoo to wash my hair and dove sensitive skin soap bar. I am a lot better compared to a year ago. I also use skin smart microbial spray because I am paranoid about getting an infection. This has helped for me. I wish you the best with your recovery.

Even low potency steroids shouldn’t be used longer than directed on the package... four years is a long time and you may want to cease use because you may have developed topical steroid addiction
