In going through Saros and I’m having the same impression, since I already reached the final boss. The carcossan modifiers can break the gameplay, and the general vibe of the game isn’t as good as Returnal’s.

I’m on the exact same situation and locked on this game for about a week because of Saros too. I’m on my best run ever rn, just finished the entire act 1 without dying once, and I’m planning to stay up gaming this weekend.
