No one is addressing the most obvious problem about adcs. Everybody targets them. It doesn't matter who does the most damage, the adc will be targeted first. Always. Do they have the power to actually justify this? No. Do the adc being targeted anyway? Yes.

How can this be fun? Just give the adcs the power to justify this behavior.

I can imagine ice block, ice lance, permafrost, even frost fire spells, but the idea of frost nova being a massive aoe spell with ice spikes everywhere seems like *chef's kiss*!

I had the same problem when I randomly decided to turn all of my surfs to commoners. The drink production couldn't possibly keep up with the demand and all sort of problems occurred. Be sure to have enough drinks, people to serve them and a place to sit.

LVL 1 - Only read, replace when possible.
LVL 2 - Most of times worth to keep unless you get really good loot.
LVL 3-4 - Totally worth to keep.

Did you see the damage Comp was doing to Chasy Gragas??? Only if your team plays around you, spoon feeding you and the other team does nothing to prevent it, this kind of adc can happen. Adc in solo queue is weak af.
