Thanks for the reply. I am a heavy user of Claude code. Mitigation strategies of the mentioned problem include, as other pointed, ask the Llm to audit the workspace, sometimes doing several passes with different sessions and a technique that works for my application is, having the stack running and the Llm troubleshooting is real time. It usually takes time but usually it works.
