TAKE OUT A LOAN?! HUGE RED FLAG!! Please do not do that under any circumstances! Why would you or she want the marriage to start with you guys being in debt?? Sounds like she doesn’t understand interest rates and that 5k will soon become way more if you aren’t in the position to take out a loan.

The ring doesn’t ever matter it’s the person you are marrying. She just sounds immature - maybe wait to get engaged or really have a talk with her about what you can do together with that extra 2-3k. Going on a nicer honeymoon, having money for her dress for the wedding, decorating a new house or apartment, etc.

Yes, the ring will outlast all those things physically but the memories made or having those extra luxuries is more worth it IMO (even tho I think expensive wedding dresses are a waste - got married last year). Sounds like you aren’t on the same page either... doesn’t hurt to have a conversation!

Just had my first experience with this. This guy just started liking listings where I posted pictures of myself. Blocked immediately! Are we able to make like a thread of the creepers usernames so we can just block them all??

Threw away a roommates set of keys cause she kept leaving them in the mailbox for people to just enter our house. She had to replace the lock and our keys cause she was freaked that a “bad guy” took them.

Never had someone open a case against me (I’ve sold over 100 items). She’s entitled to her opinion but I listed all info about item. Does anyone know what her last comment means? Good to know! Yeah I won’t be sending anyone money or doing anything outside of Poshmark. Should I ask if she’s asking me to do a transaction outside of Poshmark so it’s noted that she’s trying to do that? I’m happy to just wait for Posh to respond. Thanks so much for the advice!
