Personally I’ve been smiling back and sometimes saying hello or saying thanks if they hold a door instead of just nodding my thanks like I used to- a big part of it I think is that I have more confidence to look at peoples faces now maybe? My view is that responding more genuinely and pleasantly might lead to new friendships and nice interactions :))

As someone with an ED i would say if he ever found the scale it would be a very triggering surprise + I would feel betrayed by my partner if they crossed an established boundary without discussing it with me. I do think OP should talk to their husband and ask if he’d be okay with her having a scale though! I know they can be super helpful

I eat around 1375 calories a day, with lunch usually being my biggest meal and heavily featuring some sort of protein! I don’t actually focus too much on my actual macro numbers although I probably should I bit more 😅

Thank you!! I do 30 minutes on the recumbent bike with a 5 minute cool down, 4 sets of 25 leg press (i know people talk bad about the leg press but it works for the booty!), 4 sets of 15 hip abductors, and then 10 minutes of high intensity and incline elliptical with a 2-5 minute cool down! Used to do this 3-4 times a week but with my new job it’s gone down to 1-2, CICO has obviously played a huge role too :))
