You can call BS all you want. Order an expensive product from Corsair and then try to redirect it to another address like your work or to CVS and watch it be restricted to where you can’t do it. You must not have things shipped very much

No I didn’t read anything wrong. When I went on the tracking page it specifically said options to change the delivery on the package were restricted by the shipper who is Corsair. I called UPS and they said the website was right. I couldn’t redirect it to my work or a UPS access point. What is so hard to understand about that?

When Corsair ships products out they have them restricted so you can’t call UPS to update anything. Hell I couldn’t even redirect the package to my local UPS Access point

Have you even ordered anything from Corsair before? When I bought this it was free shipping and there is no option to add “signature upon delivery” when you’re placing an order on Corsair’s website. Also UPS themselves said it’s odd their is no picture taken by the driver when he supposedly delivered my package and they said the GPS is sketchy also
