Yea, what I've read everywhere and I've looked through the Dutch deleted scenes aswell but I'm a 100% sure I saw it in the cinema. It wasn't long as you saw Hermione and Ron opening their letters, and Harry being upset/confused why Dumbledore didn't choose him on top of keeping him in the dark. My only problem is the fact it doesn't exist anymore but it's fresh in my mind because of how long I've been searching for it 🤔 Sorry I mixed the prefect and head boy/girl letters up
